We came into being after our founder lost 62 pounds from 2013 to 2015. We tell you how on this site and in the book.

He had been trying for years to lose weight and could not. Then, he simply changed when he ate and the pounds came off slow but they came off. Eventually he noticed after two doctor appointments and began to realize that his wine diet actually worked.
